All eBooks are delivered digitally in PDF format. Upon successful payment, customers will receive an instant download link and a copy of the download link via email.

2.2 Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of eBooks are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded or accessed.

3.2 Fees & Payment
Service fees must be paid as per the agreed terms outlined in the project proposal. We reserve the right to withhold or postpone service delivery if payment is not received in full or on time.

3.3 Cancellations & Rescheduling
